The 2005 Midwest Conference Women’s Tennis Championships begin on Friday, October 14 and will conclude on Sunday, October 16. The event will crown team, singles and doubles champions in two states over the course of three days.
The 2005 MWC Championships begin on Friday in Rockford, Ill., where Grinnell, Lake Forest, Lawrence and St. Norbert will battle for the MWC team title. Grinnell (9-2, 4-0 MWC) faces Lawrence (13-2, 3-1) in the first semifinal, pitting St. Norbert (9-1, 4-0) and Lake Forest (9-4, 3-1) in the second matchup.
