Hillary Reichardt - Forward - Carroll College
Senior - Madison, Wis./Madison LaFollette
Reichardt started off the 2007 season red-hot, registering a seven-point performance, that included a hat trick, during the Lady Pioneers’ 6-2 season-opening victory at North Park. The senior forward assisted Trisha Konkol’s goal to open the game and followed with two goals of her own to give Carroll a 3-0 lead. After North Park cut the advantage to 3-2, Reichardt tallied her third netter of the game to give Carroll even more breathing room.

Brittney Parker - Defender - Monmouth College
Freshman - Waukegan, Ill./Warren
Parker made her first collegiate soccer match a memorable one, standing out in both halves of the field for Monmouth during its 1-0 win over visiting Eureka. Parker started the game as an outside defender, helping the Fighting Scots hold the Red Devils to just one shot in the match. She also pushed forward into the attack when possible, netting the game’s only goal in the 54th minute, as she headed in a free kick from Lauren Vana. |

Week #2: September 10, 2007 |

Rachelle Barina - Midfielder - St. Norbert College
Sophomore - New Berlin, Wis./Waukesha Catholic
Barina led St. Norbert to a 3-0 week by scoring three goals on just six shots. The sophomore midfielder scored the Green Knights’ lone marker in a 1-0 win over Viterbo on Saturday, and then followed by netting St. Norbert’s first two goals in a 4-3 overtime win over UW-Stout on Sunday. St. Norbert, which also beat Concordia (WI) 5-1 on Thursday, won three games over a four-day stretch for the first time in school history.

Junior - Dunlap, Ill./Peoria Notre Dame
Lynch was 1-1-1 in goal with a pair of shutouts for Lake Forest last week. The Foresters played to a scoreless tie at Concordia (WI) on Tuesday, where Lynch tallied a career-high 11 saves in the contest. After recording five saves in the team’s 3-1 loss at MSOE Thursday night, Lynch needed just one stop to blank Ripon 5-0 in Saturday’s conference opener. |

Trisha Konkol - Midfielder - Carroll College
Senior - Mukwonago, Wis./Mukwonago
Konkol registered seven points last week, as the Lady Pioneers earned conference victories over Ripon (11-0) and 2006 MWC tourney qualifier St. Norbert (4-2). The senior midfielder opened her week by assisting a pair of goals in the win over Ripon, before netting Carroll’s first two goals against St. Norbert to rally the Lady Pioneers to a 2-1 lead. Konkol’s goals came during a 29-second span and she went on to add the assist on Liz Melcher’s game-winning goal later in the contest. |

Emily Weber - Defender - Lake Forest College
Freshman - Cincinnati, Ohio/Seven Hills Upper
Weber helped Lake Forest record back-to-back shutouts over the weekend, as the team improved to 2-0 in league play. She scored her second goal of the season during the team’s 8-0 win over Knox on Saturday and helped the Foresters blank previously unbeaten Albion College 2-0 on Sunday. Knox and Albion were limited to one and five shots on goal, respectively.

Week #4: September 24, 2007 |

Miki Nakamura - Forward - Grinnell College
Sophomore - Honolulu, Hawaii/Kamehameha
Nakamura scored three goals and had an assist last week to help the Pioneers get off to a 2-0 start in league play and extend their MWC winning streak to 13 games overall. The sophomore forward scored the first two goals of the game in a 5-0 win over Beloit on Sunday and tallied the game-winning goal and an assist in a 3-1 triumph over Monmouth on Saturday. For the season, she has six goals and two assists.

Kari Scheelk - Defender - Carroll College
Senior - Sobieski, Wis./Pulaski
Scheelk has played a major role in the Lady Pioneers’ 6-2 start, which included a shutout victory and 1-0 loss last week. Carroll opened the week by improving to 3-0 in MWC play with a 3-0 win at home against Beloit in which the Bucs were limited to one shot on goal. The Lady Pioneers then fell to UW-Stevens Point 1-0 on a late goal, helping the team maintain a 1.00 goals against average. In addition, Scheelk netted her second goal of the season against Beloit. |

Megan Meeke - Forward - Monmouth College
Freshman - Elmhurst, Ill./York
Meeke had a big week for the Fighting Scots, scoring three goals in two matches, including the game-winner on Saturday against Hannibal-LaGrange. The freshman forward’s goal with 8:35 to play in that contest lifted the Scots to a 2-1 victory. In Monmouth’s other match, Meeke netted a pair of first-half goals as the Scots defeated Knox 6-0 in conference action.

Becca Mackenzie - Defender - Grinnell College
Junior - St. Paul, Minn./St. Paul Central
Mackenzie played a key role in shutting out two conference opponents last week, as the Pioneers
improved to 3-0-0 in conference action. In addition to helping limit Illinois College (9-0) and Knox (12-0) to shot apiece in the contests, the junior defender tallied a goal against Illinois College and three assists against Knox. She also played just over 10 minutes at goalkeeper to finish off the Illinois College game.

Kendall Uttech - Forward - Carroll College
Freshman - Watertown, Wis./Watertown
Uttech recorded three goals and an assist in a pair of conference victories over the week, including a road win over two-time defending champ Grinnell that gave the Lady Pioneers sole possession of first place in the MWC. Carroll trailed Grinnell 2-0 less than 12 minutes into the match Friday, but after cutting the score to 2-1, Uttech tied the game in the 39th minute and then netted the game-winner with less than 15 minute remaining in regulation. The freshman forward opened Saturday’s 8-0 win at Knox with a goal 12 seconds into the match, making it the 6th fastest goal in NCAA Division III history. |

Lindsay Ahlen - Goalkeeper - Lawrence University
Sophomore - Lawrence, Kan./Bishop Seabury
Ahlen’s play helped Lawrence earn four points in the conference standings over the weekend, as the Vikings picked up a win and a tie on the road. The sophomore goalkeeper recorded her first shutout of the season and had to make only one save in Lawrence’s 6-0 win at Illinois College on Saturday. She then made 15 saves, as the Vikings played to a 1-1 tie at Monmouth on Sunday. Ahlen, who lowered her goals against average to 2.00 and raised her save percentage to .775 on the season, made three stops in overtime against the Scots. |

Cody Callender - Midfielder - Carroll College
Freshman - Hawthorn Woods, Ill./Lake Zurich
Callender scored a goal in each of Carroll’s victories last week, as the Lady Pioneers posted a 2-0-1 mark that included an MWC victory over Lawrence. After a 0-0 tie with UW-La Crosse on Wednesday, the freshman midfielder netted an insurance goal in a 4-0 MWC win over Lawrence on Saturday and netted the game’s first goal in a 2-1 triumph against North Central on Sunday. Callender has six goals and three assists on the season. |

Mallory Davis - Defender - Lake Forest College
Junior - Whitefish Bay, Wis./Whitefish Bay
Davis helped lead Lake Forest to a pair of 1-0 victories in conference play over the weekend. The junior defender and the rest of the Forester defense limited Grinnell to eight shots, including four on goal, on Saturday and held Beloit to 10 attempts, including five on goal, on Sunday. The wins moved the team into third place in the conference with a 5-1-0 record. Davis has a goal and an assist this season in addition to helping the Foresters post eight shutouts. |

Jessica Schadrie - Forward - St. Norbert College
Sophomore - De Pere, Wis./West De Pere
Schadrie registered a hat trick during the Green Knights’ 3-1 win over Lawrence on Saturday. The sophomore forward scored a pair of markers off corner kicks to tie the game at 1-1 and give St. Norbert a 2-1 lead before adding an insurance score late in the game. Schadrie owns a conference-best 15 goals this season and is also tops in the league in points with 35.

Lynch surrendered just one goal over the weekend as Lake Forest won 5-1 at Illinois College and 1-0 at Monmouth to clinch a spot in the conference tournament. The junior goalkeeper recorded two saves against the Lady Blues and four, including two in the closing minutes, at Monmouth. Lynch and the Foresters have put together nine shutouts this season and have only allowed four goals in eight MWC contests.

Uttech tallied three goals and an assist to help the Lady Pioneers to a 3-0 week in MWC action that was highlighted by the team winning its third conference title in program history. The freshman forward scored two goals in a 3-0 win over Lake Forest on Wednesday and added the game-winner in a 6-0 win over Monmouth on Sunday. She also added an assist in a 12-0 win over Illinois College in limited action on Saturday.

Scheelk led a defensive unit that helped Carroll earn three shutouts in its final three conference matches of the 2007 regular-season. The Lady Pioneers secured their third conference championship in program history last week, as Scheelk and company recorded shutouts in wins against Lake Forest (3-0), Illinois College (12-0) and Monmouth (6-0). The senior defender also tallied her fourth goal of the season in the win over Monmouth.
