Grinnell track and field teams earn academic honors

The Grinnell College men’s and women’s track and field squads were named 2010 Division III All-Academic Teams by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Sixty-eight men’s programs and 106 women’s teams earned the honor, which is given to squads with a cumulative grade point average of 3.1 or higher. Grinnell’s women had a GPA of 3.45, which ranked 20th among all D-III teams, while the men had a GPA of 3.21, which ranked 40th.
