Beloit's Tim Schmiechen repeats as
Men's Soccer Coach of the Year

MWC Tourney Champion Ripon and regular-season Champion Beloit led balloting for the 1999 All-Midwest Conference Men's Soccer Team.

The Red Hawks had three First Team and two Second Team selections. The Bucs had two First Team and three Second Team selections. Grinnell, Knox and Monmouth each had one First Team and two Second Team selections.

Carroll and St. Norbert each had one First Team selection. Lake Forest had one First Team and one Second Team selection.

Beloit Coach Tim Schmiechen, who has led his Bucs to the MWC Championship game the last three years, was named Coach of the Year for the second straight year.
